Colic pack [Banamine (10cc) and 2 Xylazine (2cc)]

In an emergency colic situation, after discussing your individual case with Dr. Blue, if the horse's owner is comfortable and desires administering intramuscular injection(s) to their horse, and Dr. Blue has determined that banamine and or xylazine are indicated for the particular case, this "colic pack" can be picked up by the client, or delivered by our office assistant. In many cases, simple pain relief may be all that is needed to resolve the intestinal pain (colic) that your horse is having, and owner administration of the dispensed pain medication(s) may avert a comparably more expensive visit/treatment by Dr. Blue.
